Chef de Partie
Under the general direction of the Executive Leader, Support Services, and in consultation with the Leader Weinberg Residence, the Chef de Partie oversees food production and dining service primarily for the Weinberg Residence, with a focus on hospitality. Responsibilities include but are not limited to menu planning, recipe development, high quality food preparation and presentation, hospitality training and related administrative duties.
You possess superior interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written; strong supervisory skills with the ability to direct, lead and motivate, as well as strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
If you are an innovative and team-oriented leader looking for your next exciting challenge, we are looking for you. Red Seal designation required and a minimum 5-7 years recent related experience including supervisory experience.
