Request for Expressions of Interest for Talmud Torah’s
New Kosher Kitchen & Catering Service

Job description:
Vancouver Talmud Torah School is currently soliciting Expressions of Interest (EOI) to run its new kosher kitchen in its expanded campus from Sept. 2016.
Interested parties are asked to submit the following information:
Kosher catering experience (both single service and major events) Large-scale, on site, food service experience
Familiarity with BC Ministry of Education Food & Beverage Sales Guidelines Sound knowledge of kashrut laws
Food Safe practices
In the document, please explain your interest in the project. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to submitted a more detailed proposal accompanied by a business plan.
