Sad News – Naomi Pulvers z’l
It is with deep sadness that we inform you of the passing of Naomi Pulvers z’l, member Beth Israel.
We offer our condolences to her husband Benjamin (Benny) Pulvers, children Eyal (Lindsay), Daniel (Jodi) and Maya (Andrew), grandchildren Ayla, Matthew, Ethan, Noa and newborn baby Ari.
The funeral will be held on Friday, June 30th at 11:00 AM at the Beth Israel Cemetery (1721 Willingdon Ave, Burnaby).
Shiva details for Naomi Pulvers z’l at the home of Benny Pulvers 1815 West 37th Ave, Vancouver Sunday to Wednesday nights July 2-5 at 7:30 PM.
May her memory be for a blessing.

If this is Naomi – nee “Gale” – I am so terribly sorry to hear this news! Naomi was a fantastic camp counsellor at Machaneh Miriam, as well as a great babysitter to the Ornstein girls, & friend. Wonder if someone can confirm her maiden name for me?
Unfortunately, I now live in Toronto, & am unable to attend the funeral or shiva. My heartfelt condolences to her family & friends, with hugs to Jon Gale & Josh Gale – her brother & nephew (if I am correct in her my assumption that this is Jon’s sister & Josh’s aunt).
