I work with people who have pain or other difficulties affecting their ability to move with comfort and ease. I teach them how to be aware of their movement habits so they can change them in ways that lead to a better quality of life.
I offer classes, ½ day workshops and private sessions. Classes are held at my studio (King Edward and Arbutus) and at the Jewish Community Centre. I am also available to come to your workplace or group.
